Sephiroth X Reader - The Hair is Not a Toy
Sephiroth sighed, letting the sore muscles in his body finally relax. There really was nothing better than getting the day off after a three-day mission in Wutai. He let his eyes slide shut, inhaling the rich vanilla scent that belonged to his bedroom. The recently-washed cotton sheets were soft to the touch. He had slept in for quite a while, but had been sitting up for a few minutes. He didn't have any motivation to get up and do something, not yet.

"Seph." You crooned crawling up onto his, 'lap,' and laying your head on his shoulder.
"Hmm?" He responded, sleepily opening an eye.
"Tell me what it was like for you growing up. You know, as a naga." You chirped, genuine curiosity coursing through your veins. What exactly was it like to grow up so isolated from society? Well, human society.
"Where do you want me to start?" Sephiroth smiled, stroking your hair.

The sky was not bright with the forgiveness of the sun, but had given itself over to darker powers. Rain fell henceforth from tainted cloud, heavy with precipitation. The expanse became filled with rage and spat towards earth with blinding light, searing heat, and shattering noise. For it shook the earth with anger, and would not stop its wrath until it had come to pass. Until it would relinquish its wrath the winds would howl woefully in sorrow. Everything hurt. More specifically you hurt. You crawled away from the smoking wrecking of what could no longer be called a plane, hacking and coughing whilst you ambled. Your weak legs stumbled as you propped as you propped yourself up against a nearby tree. The entire world was a blurry, fuzzy mess of greens, blues, browns, and greys. Your head throbbed as you desperately tried to stay conscious. Soon enough, the blur of colors faded to black as you slumped down against the tree and passed out.
It must have been a couple of hours since you blacked out, as the position of the sun had changed. The first thing that roused you was a s

"Remind me how I got roped into this." Sephiroth groaned, burying his face into his hands.
"Because, you lost a bet to Genesis." Angeal snorted, "Speaking of which, here comes the man of the hour." The black-haired First gestured to the red-colored leather clad commander. Oh, and was he smug as ever; Possibly more smug than he had ever been in his entire life (Which, admittedly, seemed to be an impossibility.) Sephiroth, on the other hand, looked like he was about to be formally executed in front of all of Gaia.
"Now, Sephiroth, I assume you know what the bet entailed. And what you, as the loser, must do." He chuckled.
